The general scope of work is as follows:
- Remove and replace sewage Pump #2 and appurtenances
- Remove and replace existing pump suction and discharge valves
- Remove and replace existing flowmeter
- Remove and replace existing electric chain hoist
- Temporary sewage bypass pumping
- New pump access openings and hatches
- New stairwell enclosure and doorway
- Remove and replace existing HVAC systems and equipment
- Remove and replace existing electrical systems and equipment, including PLC control panel and programming
- Various other process, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site works
