The Town of Parry Sound advertises all requests for Tenders (RFT), Proposals (RFP), and Quotations (RFQ).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Town of Parry Sound will only be accepting electronic bid submissions through the Town's bidding system.

If proponent's need assistance submitting their proposals through the bidding system, please contact support@bidsandtenders.ca.

Potential bidders can create an account, select commodity codes for goods and services and the bidding system will notify the bidder by email of opportunities matching the selection.

Notice of Participation in Cooperative Buying Group(s)

This posting is a public notification that the Town of Parry Sound is a participating agency in one or more procurements conducted by the following cooperative buying group(s):

1. Muskoka Parry Sound Public Purchasing group (MPSPPG) – Bid opportunities will be posted on the tendering website of the public agency who is the lead on the respective procurement and may include www.biddingo.com and www.bidsandtenders.ca.
2. Local Authority Services (LAS)-  www.las.on.ca
3. Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM) – www.oecm.ca

As per By-law 2021-7208 being a By-law to adopt a Procurement Policy, which can be found on the By-laws page. The Town's Procurement Policy applies to all departments of the Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound and where their operational and reporting structure permits, boards and services responsible to the Corporation.
