Please refer to the RFP Document and Addundum #1 for complete details. Overview: The Town of Parry Sound is requesting proposals from qualified firms to complete a comprehensive Parking Study for the Downtown Business Association and Surrounding Area. The Parking Study will provide a short, medium and long term plan for the Town of Parry Sound that will review the existing parking infrastructure and enforcement regime in the area as well as identify areas of improvement, integrating best practices and unique opportunities to facilitate the Town’s commitment to facilitating economic development in Parry Sound’s downtown. The following background studies, reports and mapping will be available for review:
The proponent shall undertake an appropriate review of the above background documents to assist in developing a proposal that is specific to the unique needs of the municipality. It is expected that the documents are to be given further consideration through the Parking Study. |
